Here it is Sunday again! I didn’t read all that much this past week or this weekend. For one thing, I worked more than usual this week (five days instead of four), and for another I was in the mountains from Saturday morning to this afternoon (and getting ready for the trip in the evenings earlier this week). When I got back today I did ride over to the library, even though I haven’t finished the book I’m currently reading (Shelter for the Spirit, by Victoria Moran). I wasn’t sure what I would be in the mood for next, so I got a mix of things: Catwings, by Ursula Le Guin, The Uncommon Reader, by Alan Bennett, Mr. Sebastian and the Negro Magician, by Daniel Wallace, and Dreams and Shadows: The Future of the Middle East, by Robin Wright. We’ll see what catches my fancy first when I’ve finished my current book!
